Over the course of 20+ years, Olympia Group has owned and operated skilled nursing facilities in Illinois, Michigan and Ohio. They were one of the largest providers in the state of Michigan, as well as the largest provider in the Detroit metropolitan area.
Olympia Group’s facilities were also recognized for many outstanding achievement awards for quality care, both regionally and nationally.
WHAT WE DO
We are looking to purchase assisted living and skilled nursing home facilities, in: Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota, and other various Midwestern states.
Our objective is to acquire multi-facility portfolios. We offer the option to operate as a REIT and lease-out the facilities, as well as owning and operating within our current company.
Our goal is not to merely meet expectations, but to exceed them.
